These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 444c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 444c website located at 444c.cam and all associated services, features, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 444c platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: completing the account registration process; ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during registration; depositing funds into your Account; or placing a bet or wager on the platform.

You confirm that you are entering into this Agreement freely and voluntarily, that you have had adequate opportunity to read and consider these Terms, and that you are not acting under duress or undue influence. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any organisation or legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 444c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the platform's licensing authority.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 444c, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently active on your Account or any previously held Account on the platform.
• You must not already hold an active Account on 444c. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and current personal details. Registering under a false identity or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of services on 444c, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information as requested. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your contact email address or residential address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 444c will never contact you requesting your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your activity, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 444c Support immediately. You agree to take reasonable steps to secure your Device and Account, including enabling two-factor authentication where available.

444c reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at its discretion, including where the registration does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 or where providing access would conflict with applicable law or regulatory obligations.

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and the platform's licensing requirements, 444c conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You may be required to provide identity and address documentation at any of the following points:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When your Account activity exceeds specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds.
• At any time where there are reasonable grounds to verify your identity, source of funds, or account ownership.
• As required by any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Acceptable identity documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the time period specified may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities or, in cases of continued non-compliance, permanent account closure. Any balance remaining in a verified account following closure will be returned via the original deposit method subject to applicable policies.

All financial transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — must be conducted through payment methods that are registered in your own name. 444c does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source may be forfeited and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 444c provides payment guidance referencing methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for informational convenience only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with 444c or any gambling activity.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 6. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of request. 444c reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or account activity is unusual.

You are responsible for understanding any fees, exchange rates, or local restrictions that your payment provider may apply to gambling-related transactions. 444c accepts no responsibility for any additional charges applied by third-party payment processors.

444c may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms presented at the point of opt-in, which shall form part of this Agreement when you accept a promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on 444c:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are specified per offer and must be met before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 444c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly prejudice Users who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling bonus conditions.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus conditions, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or abuse of free bet structures, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Where there is any conflict between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bets and wagers placed on 444c are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product, market, or event. Game Rules are accessible within each betting or gaming interface and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific Game Rules, the Game Rules shall govern in respect of the specific bet or game in question.

By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the applicable Game Rules for that market or product.
• You are placing the bet from funds you own and that are legitimately held in your Account Balance.
• You do not hold any insider information or privileged knowledge regarding the event, game, or outcome that would constitute an unfair advantage.
• You accept that all bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except as expressly permitted by the applicable Game Rules.

444c operates casino games using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information panel. Sports betting odds are set in good faith and may be adjusted prior to market settlement. 444c reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

In respect of cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and domestic T20 competitions — match result settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise affected by weather or external factors, the applicable Game Rules governing void bets and settlement will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444c platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account under a false name or identity.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or bonus conditions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for normal user access.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities on the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any other financially criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444c staff, support agents, or other Users through any communication channel.
• Publishing or distributing any content from the platform — including odds, game results, or interface elements — without prior written consent from 444c.

444c reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Account registration from or access via a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• At the User's own request, including through the self-exclusion mechanism described in Section 12.
• Inactivity — where an Account has not been accessed for a continuous period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy, applicable fees or administrative actions may apply.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding liabilities. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 444c Support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

444c is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are accessible directly within your Account settings. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and access is restricted across all platform interfaces.

All limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take immediate effect. Requests to increase limits or remove cooling-off periods are subject to a mandatory reflection period before taking effect, designed to prevent impulsive decisions.

Gambling on 444c is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. All intellectual property rights in the 444c platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and game content — are owned by or licensed to 444c. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 444c or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 444c.

Third-party game content available on the platform is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to 444c for distribution. Any use of third-party content outside of normal gameplay is subject to the intellectual property rights of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or damage to your Device arising from platform use.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or periods of platform unavailability.
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement decisions subsequently corrected under applicable Game Rules.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444c makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Whilst we take reasonable technical measures to ensure platform security and stability, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

444c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Minor amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 444c, you are encouraged to contact our Support team in the first instance to seek resolution. 444c is committed to responding to all formal complaints in writing within a reasonable timeframe and will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available on request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
